Over boarding the old internal lead roof. We fitted an internal frame and boarded over the top and added a gutter system. This allowed water to drain more easily and prevent the pooling which was causing the old roof to leak.

The customer originally had a green mineral roof. The roof had become deteriorated and started to leak. We decided to put on an EDPM rubber roof, the rubber sheets come in one piece so there are no joints. Joints are always a weak point on flat roofs.
